We are looking for a result-oriented HR Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals by providing full support to managers and employees in all HR matters.
What will you do:
- Experience with HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, departure)
- Development, support, and improvement of corporate policies and procedures in accordance with the needs of the company
- Manage the PE process for each employee
- Management of the system of rewards and benefits
- Drive implementation of new HR processes and practices
- Monitoring of the situation in teams, consulting, and assistance in resolving issues;
- Conduct OneOnOne sessions with each team member, work with comments, wishes, and information analysis to improve processes and atmosphere in teams/company
- Timely response to organizational changes, needs, wishes, and complaints
- Conducting internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement— Participation in planning and conducting corporate events (team building, meetings, professional holidays, personal greetings, etc.)
- Participation in broadcasting the company’s corporate culture, mission, and values
- Keeping all personnel documentation up-to-date
- Basic office support
Requirements:
- Work experience from 1 year (HR Manager / HR Administrator / HRG)
- Understanding or experience with HR processes
- Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation, ability to work with confidential information
- Skills in planning, time management, and presentations
- Resolution of conflict situations
- High communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to find a common language with all levels of staff
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills
- Skills of providing/receiving feedback.
- Working skills with: Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
