We are seeking an HR Business Partner. You will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Team Leads, and the C-level team. You’ll drive HR initiatives that foster engagement, performance, and growth while ensuring that our people strategy aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner day-to-day with Delivery Managers, PMs, Team Leads, and C-level executives as a trusted business partner.

  • Collaborate closely with the existing People Partner to design, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational performance and business outcomes.

  • Provide guidance on people management, talent development, and team effectiveness.

  • Support and coach managers in performance management, feedback, and leadership practices.

  • Analyze HR metrics and propose data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives that strengthen company culture.

  • Facilitate organizational change and support teams through transitions.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role in IT or fast-growing companies.

  • Day-to-day working experience with Delivery Managers, PMs, Team Leads, and C-level stakeholders.

  • Solid knowledge of people management principles and business processes.

  • Strong business orientation with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.

  • Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, partner with, and advise leadership teams.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Learning & Development programs and frameworks.

  • Experience implementing performance review frameworks and HR analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of modern HR systems (e.g., PeopleForce, BambooHR, or similar).

  • Background in supporting organizational change or culture transformation projects.
