Who we are looking for

We are looking for a real team player who will join us in a leadership position to handle our recruitment processes. As a young company, we are at the stage where some departments and their processes are just rising. That’s why we need a reliable person engaging in this work and will become a key player and the head of such a department while we promise to support you and build a trusted partnership to reach the synergy in daily work.


  1. Operate & Continuously Improving our recruitment strategy
    1. Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers on how the requirements of the role map with the market and fit into our organisation
    3. Track metrics and analyze recruiting efforts on the regular basis for creating strategic recommendations from the results of the analysis
    4. Propose Idea and Implement agreed solutions 
  2. Negotiate vacancies
    1. Create a quality hiring and a positive candidate experience from sourcing to closing, ensure our culture is experienced throughout the candidate experience
    2. Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
  3. Recruit people (manage inbound & outbound requests)
    1. Manage Candidate DB
    2. Build and create diversity sourcing strategies to find excellent profiles as well as identify passive candidates in order to create a pipeline of talents
    3. Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and communicate clear expectations of the recruiting process including interview, offer, background, and onboarding
  4. Lead the recruiter team
    1. Care about hiring quality
    2. Track hiring capacity & performance
