Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with a Recruitment TL
  • Independent search for candidates (in Linkedin, GitHub, Djunni, DOU, Telegram, etc.)
  • Identify new channels for finding the best candidates
  • Work with the ATS (correct and timely filing, updating data, etc.)
  • Develop talent pool for future hiring needs;
  • Monitoring of the Ukrainian IT market (salaries, technologies, main competitors, etc.)
  • Collect data for analytics of your work

Requirements

  • 6 months of proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer or completed IT Recruitment Courses.
  • Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djunni, DOU, Telegram, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms.
  • Systemic and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-organization and result orientation.
  • Willingness to enhance one’s abilities and pursue career growth.
  • English level B1+.
  • You have to be located in Ukraine, Lviv.
