Person Specification:
- 2+ years of commercial experience
- Good verbal and written skills
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, energetic, and reliable with a hunger to succeed.
- Interest in Technology and an understanding of the company’s services
- Understanding of USP, ICP, and Target methodologies and tools, working through a CRM
- A genuine passion for work via KPIs and personal performance metrics
- Demonstrate the energy, ability, and commitment this role demands.
What will you do:
- Act as an ambassador for the company and business.
- Communicate with leads on a daily based approach, tracking the progress through the sales pipeline
- Work in pairs with a Sales Representative to verify leaders through MQL / SQL criteria
- To convert communication to new business leads.
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- Demonstrate proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business.
- Continuously work in a CRM
- To assist with other departments as required
- Proficiently understand the company’s services and precisely build lead generation campaigns according to them
