Person Specification:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience 
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • A positive approach to objection handling is essential
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated, energetic, and reliable with a hunger to succeed.
  • Interest in Technology and an understanding of the company’s services
  • Understanding of USP, ICP, and Target methodologies and tools, working through a CRM
  • A genuine passion for work via KPIs and personal performance metrics
  • Demonstrate the energy, ability, and commitment this role demands.

What will you do:

  • Act as an ambassador for the company and business.
  • Communicate with leads on a daily based approach, tracking the progress through the sales pipeline
  • Work in pairs with a Sales Representative to verify leaders through MQL / SQL criteria
  • To convert communication to new business leads.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs
  • Demonstrate proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Continuously work in a CRM
  • To assist with other departments as required
  • Proficiently understand the company’s services and precisely build lead generation campaigns according to them
