We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with our sales team and CEO. Your main responsibilities will include developing effective marketing strategies aligned with our business goals and executing operational tasks. We are looking for a self-confident, innovative, and results-driven individual who is eager to grow both personally and professionally.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within an IT outsourcing company.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C segments.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Understanding various marketing elements such as traditional and digital marketing, SEO, social media, SMM, PPC, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing and analytical tools.
- Understanding of the software development process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-confidence and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new areas and acquire new knowledge rapidly.
- Upper-intermediate communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Independently execute operational tasks.
- Create and manage inbound content on various platforms (website, LinkedIn, Clutch, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Conduct market research to understand the latest trends in the IT outsourcing industry, identify potential markets, and analyze competitors.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, content plans, and coordination.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
- Create and execute brand awareness campaigns.
- Utilize various channels (social media, email, online media, search ads, SEO, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance, test hypotheses, and collaborate with the team to improve results and achieve business objectives.
