Main goals:

  • Act as an ambassador for the company and business
  •  Primary interaction with the client, nurturing prospects to leads and then clients.”
  • Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients
  • Clarification of the requirements (needs) of the client and trading activities (closing the transaction)
  • Analysis of the “problem” and the needs of the client with a further offer of profitable solutions
  • Providing high-quality and constant feedback with each client and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients


  • We are looking person who is excellent selling and communication skills (English level B2+ or C1)
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Proven experience in selling IT services (outstaffing / outsourcing) for more than 3 years
  • Understanding of USP, ICP, and Target methodologies and tools, working through a CRM
  • Knowledge of the most common sales tools
  • Excellent writing skills (email outreach, cold emails)
  • Understanding the commonly used IT technologies, their differences and quick learning of the new ones
  • Experience in successfully closing international IT sales deals


  • Search for new leads, which become new clients as a result
  • Arrange meetings with the leads (leads qualification) and potential clients and present company services
  • Maintain Sales CRM
  • Experience in the full cycle of sales: from pre-sales activities to closing the deal
  • Building and managing sales strategies
  • Active participation in deals closing, discovery phases, etc.
  • Analyze the market and find new opportunities for the company growth
  • Participate in the sales team brainstorming
  • Meet and exceed KPIs

Will be a plus: Basic knowledge of programming languages or software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
