About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager — a versatile, proactive professional who can support strategic initiatives, take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution, and help grow Jappware’s marketing function over time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on ownership, and is ready to evolve into a larger leadership position as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, paid media, outbound content integration) with a focus on leveraging the latest marketing technologies and practices.

  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze website traffic data and improve conversion rates
    Coordinate and contribute to content creation (blogs, landing pages, social media posts, sales enablement materials, case studies).

  • Oversee marketing analytics and reporting (GA4, dashboards, campaign tracking).
    Maintain and evolve Jappware’s marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, PDF assets).

  • Support the development and optimization of website content and user journeys to ensure consistency with our growth and brand positioning.

  • Coordinate internal and external marketing projects, including collaboration with vendors, freelancers, and tool integrations.

  • Document workflows, campaign processes, and marketing assets to support scalability.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing manager, marketing operations, or campaign execution role

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a professional, clear B2B tone

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is a plus

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently

  • Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with real-world marketing experience
