We are seeking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)  to help drive our continued growth and client success.SDR is responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound activities and maintaining a stable pipeline of prospects.

The SDR owns the lead generation process from prospect research to booked meetings.

The role focuses on database building, outreach execution, and triggering prospects to book a meeting.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of outbound experience in B2B lead generation

  • Experience working with outbound campaigns

  • Experience in IT outsourcing or service companies is preferred

Core Tools Knowledge

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator – prospect research and targeting

  • CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) – pipeline tracking

  • LinkedIn automation tools (LinkedinHelper preferable)  – campaign execution

  • ChatGPT or similar AI tools – reply drafting and messaging optimization

Optional Tools

Experience with the following tools is considered a plus:

  • Apollo

  • Data enrichment tools

  • Prospecting databases

 Key Responsibilities

1. Prospect Database Creation & Validation

Build highly targeted prospect databases aligned with defined ICP frameworks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying relevant product companies (50–1000 employees) within selected verticals

  • Building prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools

  • Validating data quality (job titles, seniority level, company relevance, decision-making authority)

  • Applying Account-Based Marketing (ABM) logic when selecting prospects

  • Maintaining structured datasets inside CRM systems

2. ICP & Hypothesis Execution

Execute outbound campaigns targeting predefined ICP segments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Running outreach campaigns across different verticals and geographies

  • Testing messaging for different buyer personas

  • Validating different problem statements and value propositions

  • Tracking campaign performance and documenting results

  • Identifying patterns in reply behavior

3. Sequence Creation & Outreach Execution

Design and execute multi-touch outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating structured outreach sequences (5–7 touches)

  • Personalizing messages beyond basic tokens (name, company)

  • Adjusting messaging based on:

    • Technical vs operational personas

    • Startup vs enterprise companies

  • Using ChatGPT to assist with message drafting and reply optimization

  • Running A/B tests on messaging and sequence structure

4. Lead Communication & Qualification

Engage with prospects and move them toward qualified meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advanced Responding to replies within campaigns 

  • Conducting basic lead qualification

  • Scheduling meetings with relevant stakeholders

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records

  • Managing follow-ups and conversation tracking
