We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior HR Manager who is excited to grow in the HR field and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. This role is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who enjoys communication, coordination, and supporting people and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, engagement, and offboarding processes.
Assist with organizing onboarding activities for new team members.
Conduct regular check-ins with employees and help maintain a positive team experience.
Support internal communication initiatives and team engagement activities.
Coordinate HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
Assist HR and Delivery teams with administrative and operational tasks.
Help organize team events, workshops, and internal initiatives.
Participate in improving HR processes and internal policies.
Support office-related coordination and employee requests when needed.
Organizing internal events or team activities.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in HR, Recruitment, People Operations, Office Management, or related roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and responsibility in daily operations.
Basic understanding of HR processes and people management principles.
Intermediate or higher level of English.
Ready to visit the office at least 3 days per week
Nice to Have
Experience with HR systems such as PeopleForce, Maybee, or similar.
Interest in employee engagement, employer branding, or Learning & Development initiatives.
Experience organizing internal events or team activities.
