We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead project delivery, strengthen client partnerships, support team growth, and drive business success across multiple accounts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Delivery Management and Account Management within software development companies.
Proven experience managing multiple teams, projects, or client accounts simultaneously.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Technical background in software development.
Experience with financial management: profitability, forecasting, utilization, and resource planning.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to identify risks early and proactively drive solutions.
Experience collaborating with HR and Engineering leadership on team development and retention.
Strong ownership mindset and strategic thinking.
Experience participating in presales, account growth, or business development activities.
Fluent in Ukrainian and English
Ready to visit the office at least 3 times per week
Nice to Have
Experience working with startups and scale-ups.
Knowledge of German.
Responsibilities
Delivery & Operations
Ensure high-quality service delivery and predictable execution.
Take ownership of delivery health, risks, timelines, and team performance.
Drive operational improvements and problem resolution.
Build strong long-term client relationships and own the escalation path.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Financial & Resource Management
Maintain account profitability and sustainability.
Forecast resource needs and bench risks.
Support staffing decisions and team planning.
Support the CFO with timesheets and invoices.
Team Leadership
Conduct regular 1:1s and support employee growth and retention.
Collaborate with HR and tech leadership on team development.
Foster healthy communication and collaboration across teams.
Strategic Contribution
Participate in presales and solution discussions.
Contribute to the improvement of delivery processes and business growth.
