About the company
Jappware is a software development company that delivers innovative and reliable digital solutions for international clients.
We specialize in end-to-end product development — from ideation and design to architecture, development, and DevOps support.
About the project
Our client is an international cybersecurity product company that helps organizations protect data and manage user identities. The key focus is data & identity security: data protection starts with controlling access and user identities.
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform plays a critical role in shaping and scaling the cloud-native foundation that powers our cybersecurity product suite. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced, strategic product manager who wants to own significant scope at the heart of a modern, multi-product platform.

In this role, you will define the strategy and roadmap for one or more shared platform services, such as authentication and authorization, APIs, workflow automation, common UI components, and our shared data platform, that enable multiple cybersecurity products to be built, deployed, and scaled on a single unified SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the roadmap and strategy for one or more SaaS platform service areas (e.g., authentication &authorization, APIs & integrations, workflow services, notification systems, shared UI components).
  • Shape and drive expansion of our shared data platform to facilitate cross-product integration, AI, and BI initiatives, partnering with Engineering and Data teams on ingestion, normalization, and analytics needs.
  • Work closely with the Data Science team to define requirements for and help execute an AI-based cybersecurity risk and insights engine that informs our security product suite.
  • Translate platform direction into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities that engineering teams can execute against, while shaping the underlying strategy for your service areas rather than only executing top-down direction.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure platform services are secure, reliable, scalable, and built for enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS, actively contributing to architecture and technical trade-off discussions.
  • Work with product managers across the cybersecurity portfolio to understand their needs, align on shared platform priorities, and ensure the platform enables fast, consistent product development.
  • Engage with customers, solution architects, and field teams to understand how the platform is used in real-world deployments and translate that insight into platform priorities.
  • Define and track success metrics for your platform areas, including usage, performance, reliability, and downstream product adoption.
  • Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution for your platform areas, partnering with the Director of Product Management to align with the broader platform strategy.
  • Mentor other product managers on platform best practices and help scale product management practices across the SaaS platform team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS cybersecurity products, with a track record of defining strategy and roadmap for a platform or shared-services area.
  • Experience working on or closely with platforms, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, or shared services at enterprise scale.
  • Experience leading, building, and driving execution for large-scale data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working with data science teams and delivering AI-based capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of modern SaaS architecture, including multi-tenancy, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms, with the ability to engage credibly in architecture and technical trade-offтdiscussions.
  • Ability to write high-quality product requirements and collaborate effectively with, and influence, engineering teams.
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with elevated ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-portfolio influence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; advanced degree or MBA a plus.
  • Experience contributing to a common design system or reusable UI component library across multiple products.
  • Exposure to graph database technologies and their application to identity and data platforms.
  • Background in data platforms, analytics, or BI tooling.
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading other product managers.
