At Jappware, we believe technology is more than just code — it’s a powerful tool to bring ideas to life, solve real problems, and create meaningful impact.
We are a software development company partnering with global clients to build digital products across Cybersecurity, FinTech, E-commerce, Logistics, Insurance, and LegalTech.
We’re growing and evolving — and so is the way we present ourselves to the market. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can help us turn our vision into a clear market presence, build a strong brand, and connect marketing directly to business growth.
About the Role
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of Jappware’s marketing direction and day-to-day execution.
You’ll work closely with company leadership, Sales, HR, and external specialists to understand where the business is heading and translate that direction into a practical marketing strategy.
We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone who can build a roadmap, make decisions, launch initiatives, analyze the results, and adjust the approach when needed.
You’ll also have the opportunity to grow into a Head of Marketing role as the company and marketing function develop.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute Jappware’s marketing strategy and roadmap in line with our business goals and vision.
Define marketing priorities, KPIs, and ways to measure business impact.
Evolve our brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.
Work closely with Sales to align marketing activities with business development and customer needs.
Research our market, competitors, target audiences, and industry trends and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, content, events, and paid channels.
Coordinate content creation — including case studies, articles, landing pages, social media content, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
Own marketing analytics and reporting
Manage marketing budgets, vendors, freelancers, and external specialists.
Build and improve marketing processes, workflows, and documentation.
Experiment with new marketing technologies, AI tools, and approaches.
Coordinate and develop junior marketing team members and external contributors.
Regularly communicate marketing progress, results, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, IT, technology, SaaS, or software development.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the connection between Marketing and Sales.
Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, not only individual campaigns.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong writing and editing skills with a clear professional B2B tone.
Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign tracking platforms.
Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or agencies.
Previous experience mentoring, coordinating, or leading other people is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Willing to work from the office at least 3 days per week
We’ll especially value your ability to:
Turn a business vision into a clear marketing plan.
Connect marketing activities to real business outcomes.
Make decisions, test hypotheses, and learn from results.
Challenge existing approaches when you see a better way.
Be equally comfortable discussing strategy and getting your hands dirty with execution.
What You’ll Get
Ownership of Jappware’s marketing direction.
Direct access to company leadership and the opportunity to influence business decisions.
The chance to shape our positioning and brand from the inside out.
Direct impact on company visibility, sales, and growth.
Freedom to experiment with new ideas, tools, and approaches.
Opportunity to build and develop the marketing function
Flexible working hours and a remote-friendly environment.
20 paid vacations and 15 sick leave days.
Quarterly budget for learning & development activities.
Team events, workshops, and internal tech meetups.
