We are currently looking for a  Delivery Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of our software projects, ensuring client satisfaction, team well-being, and business growth.

What We Expect From You:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the IT industry

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager

  • Technical background in software development or testing

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

  • Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple teams or projects

  • Experience in stakeholder communication and client engagement

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

  • Proactivity, adaptability, and decision-making independence

  • English level: B2 or higher


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead standard project management activities: planning, delivery tracking, and risk management.

  • Monitor project health and prepare regular status reports.

  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with engineers to understand their well-being, motivation, and workload.

  • Collaborate closely with HR on team-related matters.

  • Oversee financial metrics of projects, including team salaries and billing.

  • Participate in hiring processes, including job description creation and candidate selection.

  • Ensure successful project kickoffs and organize onboarding processes.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure their expectations are met.

  • Support product discovery: client research, backlog shaping, and requirement clarification.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution and help teams stay focused and efficient.

  • Analyze the health of client accounts and take proactive measures to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Will be a plus: 
  • Experience with team hiring and scaling.

  • Previous involvement in startup/scale-up environments.

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery models.
