We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of our software projects, ensuring client satisfaction, team well-being, and business growth.
What We Expect From You:

3-4 years of experience in the IT industry

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager

Technical background in software development or testing
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple teams or projects

Experience in stakeholder communication and client engagement

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Proactivity, adaptability, and decision-making independence

English level: B2 or higher
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead standard project management activities: planning, delivery tracking, and risk management.

Monitor project health and prepare regular status reports.

Conduct 1:1 meetings with engineers to understand their well-being, motivation, and workload.

Collaborate closely with HR on team-related matters.

Oversee financial metrics of projects, including team salaries and billing.

Participate in hiring processes, including job description creation and candidate selection.

Ensure successful project kickoffs and organize onboarding processes.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure their expectations are met.

Support product discovery: client research, backlog shaping, and requirement clarification.

Facilitate conflict resolution and help teams stay focused and efficient.

Analyze the health of client accounts and take proactive measures to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Will be a plus:

Experience with team hiring and scaling.

Previous involvement in startup/scale-up environments.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery models.
