Graphic / Visual Designer (part-time)

We’re looking for a Graphic / Visual Designer to take full ownership of the visual side of our materials — from presentations and landing pages to case studies and a website redesign.

About the role

You’ll be the only designer on the team, so we need someone who’s independent, proactive, and ready to shape the visual identity of the brand. Most of the content is already prepared — your task is to turn it into clean, modern, and effective visuals. At the same time, we highly value your own ideas and creative input.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop high-quality graphic materials for presentations and landing pages.
  2. Redesign and create original visuals for the company’s website.
  3. Design visually appealing and impactful presentations based on provided content.
  4. Provide ongoing graphic support for marketing and branding needs.
  5. Design and refine UI/UX elements for digital products to improve user experience.
  6. Develop banners, headers, and other digital assets to enhance online presence.
  7. Create and maintain branding materials, including brand guidelines.

We’re looking for someone who

  1. Has proven experience in visual/graphic design.
  2. Has a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including UI/UX, branding, and marketing materials.
  3. Is proficient in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative SuiteFigmaSketch, etc.).
  4. Understands modern design trends and best practices in digital experiences.
  5. Can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Has strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  7. Has English at B1 level or higher.

Will be a plus:

  1. UX/UI design experience
  2. Experience in designing for fintech and insurtech products
