Senior Sales Manager
Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior IT Sales Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our outbound sales channel. This is a strategic role for someone who’s results-driven, understands how to work with a Target Account List, and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
We have a dedicated and high-performing Lead Generation team already in place — as a Senior Sales Manager, you will take the lead in aligning their efforts with business goals, converting warm leads into valuable partnerships, and driving our outbound sales strategy to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure strong market presence

Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction

Identify new market segments and business opportunities (focus on US, EU, UK)

Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of offerings with client needs

Manage sales pipelines and report on sales metrics and forecasts using CRM tools

Represent the company at international conferences, expos, and networking events

Contribute to pricing strategies, partnership development, and go-to-market initiatives

Work with a Target Account List: strategically identify, prioritize, and engage high-value accounts
Requirements:

5+ years of proven success in IT services or software sales (outsourcing/outstaffing)

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks

Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher) – both verbal and written

Experience selling to mid-size and enterprise clients across the US and Europe

Ability to build trust with C-level executives and influence decision-making processes

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)

Deep understanding of B2B lead generation process

Strategic thinker and a self-starter able to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Nice to have:

Experience with FinTech, Logistics, GreenTech, RegTech, and Cybersecurity domains
